Pentaerythritol stearate is a type of ester that is derived from pentaerythritol and stearic acid. It has good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperature, good mold release and flow properties, and is used as a dispersant and lubricant in the rubber and plastic industries, especially for those that require thermal stability and excellent mold release at the same time working conditions. It plays the role of peptization, lubrication and demoulding in the process of rubber mastication.

Plastics: Pentaerythritol stearate is used as a lubricant and processing aid in the production of plastic products, such as PVC pipes, wire and cable coatings, and other plastic components.
1: Calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, it is used as a high-efficiency lubricant to overcome the defect that pentaerythritol is easily precipitated in a large amount and improve the high-temperature stability of the stabilizer.
2: Lubricating and brightening agent for PVC, UPVC and various thermoplastic engineering plastics. In the processing of PA6/PA66, PC, PC/ABS, PBT, PET, POM, and other engineering plastics, it is used as a high-temperature resistant internal and external lubricant and dispersant.
